Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to eligible Arconath-owned software and SaaS products.

1. Product-Specific Refund Policies

Some Arconath products may have their own refund policies. If a product-specific refund policy exists, it applies to that product.

2. 30-Day Refund Window

For eligible paid software purchases, customers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription products, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless the refund request is made within the eligible refund period.

4. Products Without Public Checkout

Some Arconath portfolio products are not publicly sold yet. If a product does not have public pricing, it is not available for paid purchase through Arconath public checkout.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, violation of our Terms of Service, or usage that indicates substantial consumption of the product beyond reasonable evaluation.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact: support@arconath.com. Include the product name, account email, order date, and the reason for the request.

7. Digital Products

Arconath refund policies apply to eligible digital software products and subscriptions. There are no physical goods or shipping returns for public software purchases.

8. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider. Refund processing time may vary by payment method, payment provider, bank, card network, or Merchant of Record.
