Arconath is a parent brand for first-party digital software products owned and operated by Hermawan Nino as a sole proprietor unless otherwise stated. Each product may publish its own pricing, availability, and subscription terms.

Arconath public checkout is for Arconath-owned digital software and SaaS products. Arconath does not operate a marketplace and does not sell third-party seller products through public checkout.

Some products may have their own pricing, terms, privacy policy, and refund policy. If product-specific terms exist, they apply to that specific product.

For eligible Arconath-owned software and SaaS products, paid orders may be processed through a payment provider or Merchant of Record depending on the product. Checkout, tax, receipt, refund, and billing workflows may be handled by that provider where applicable. Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and taxes are shown before checkout where checkout is available.

Not every Arconath portfolio product is publicly available for paid purchase. Products without public pricing may be in planning, preview, invite-only access, or separate product development. The public pricing hub identifies which products currently have public pricing.

Arconath public pricing applies to digital software access, software subscriptions, or software-related account features. Arconath does not ship physical goods through its public software checkout.

Arconath public checkout does not sell shipping, financial products, regulated products, professional services, donations, physical goods, or third-party marketplace transactions.

You must not use Arconath websites or products for illegal activity, abuse, fraud, spam, infringement, security attacks, or activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Arconath products, websites, software, branding, content, and related materials are owned by Arconath or their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse our products except as permitted by law.

We aim to provide reliable digital services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Products may change, be updated, or be discontinued.

Refunds are handled according to the applicable product Refund Policy and the payment process used for that product.
